Central Plains Real Estate stated that Tsuen Wan has recorded 26 leasing transactions this month. The branch recently facilitated the leasing transaction of Unit A on the middle floor of Block 2B in the Sea of Love development, with a usable area of 529 square feet, consisting of two bedrooms and enjoying sea views, rented out for HKD 25,000 per month, which translates to a rent of HKD 47.3 per usable square foot.

The tenant is a family who is fond of the Sea of Love's prime location, beautiful seaside environment, and convenient transportation and living conditions, thus they decided to rent it without hesitation. The original owner purchased the unit for HKD 10 million in July 2021, resulting in a rental yield of approximately 3%.
