Heilongjiang Province Approves Several Policy Measures to Support the Development of the Intelligent Robot Industry

On the 13th, the Heilongjiang Provincial Government convened its Party Group (Expanded) Meeting and Executive Session to review and approve the "Several Policy Measures to Support the Development of the Intelligent Robot Industry in Heilongjiang Province." The meeting pointed out that there must be solid progress in organized scientific research and the transformation of organized scientific results, effectively utilizing the collaborative innovation mechanism among industry, academia, and research institutions to accelerate the industrialization of core technologies such as key raw materials for intelligent robots and embodied AI models. It is necessary to promote the agglomeration and development of industries, strengthen upstream and downstream supply chain coordination and supporting facilities, and build and strengthen intelligent robot industrial parks. Efforts should be made to strengthen innovative applications in scenarios, focusing on creating typical application scenarios in fields such as industrial manufacturing, agricultural services, ice and snow tourism, and smart healthcare, while actively carrying out first launch, first show, and first exhibition activities. Supporting factors for development must be strengthened by enhancing data infrastructure construction, actively cultivating professional talents, increasing financial support, and accelerating the development of intelligent robot enterprises.
