EV DYNAMICS (00476.HK) announced the issuance of a total of 3.83 million new shares to an independent third party, representing 1.19% of the enlarged share capital; the price per share is HKD 0.512, a premium of 2.4% over today's (16th) closing price. The total amount raised is HKD 1.96 million, with a net amount of HKD 1.94 million intended for repaying certain debts and supplementing general working capital
