Bairong Cloud-W (06608.HK) announced the placement of up to 37.3935 million two-year warrants at a placement price of HKD 0.1, with a net amount of HKD 3.04 million intended for increasing R&D investment and working capital. The initial exercise price of the warrants is HKD 8.7, with a total cost of HKD 8.8, representing a premium of 23.42% over today's (20th) closing price; the transferable new shares account for 7.4% of the expanded share capital
