TFC: Wholly-owned Subsidiary Singapore TFC Plans to Invest 700,000 SGD to Establish Joint Venture with 35% Stake
TFC announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Singapore TFC, plans to sign《Joint Venture Agreement》with SuperX and APEX VERVE LIMITED to jointly establish SuperX Optical Communications Pte.Ltd. The investment amount in the joint venture is 2 million SGD, with Singapore TFC subscribing to 700,000 SGD for a 35% stake, SuperX subscribing to 900,000 SGD for a 45% stake, and APEX VERVE LIMITED subscribing to 400,000 SGD for a 20% stake.
