Tengah Garden Residences achieved a remarkable 99% sales rate on launch day, selling 853 of 863 units at an average price of $2,120 per square foot. This marks the highest number of units sold at a private residential launch in 2026. The project attracted significant interest, particularly from Singaporeans, who made up 90% of buyers, due to its competitive pricing and integrated amenities. The development features one- to four-bedroom units, with prices starting from $980,000. It is jointly developed by Hong Leong Holdings, GuocoLand, and CSC Land Group, and is expected to receive a temporary occupation permit in 2029.
