AIA-INSEAD programme strengthens agency leadership pipeline

AIA Singapore has partnered with INSEAD to launch the AIA-INSEAD Executive Agency Leadership Programme aimed at enhancing leadership capacity among high-potential leaders in Singapore's advisory teams. The program focuses on strategic leadership, business planning, and sales productivity, equipping leaders with essential skills to navigate technological changes and evolving customer expectations. Participants will receive a co-branded certification upon completion. This initiative is part of AIA's broader leadership development framework, which includes additional training programs for its distribution force, as stated by Chief Distribution Officer Alvin Fu.
