Aave V3's USDC deposit rate is currently around 2.7%, which is lower than the U.S. 10-year Treasury yield of 4.3%, according to Tiger Research. This indicates that decentralized finance (DeFi) yields no longer provide a distinct premium over traditional financial instruments. According to NS3.AI, Tiger Research also highlighted that real-world assets (RWA) and stablecoins have expanded into sectors worth hundreds of billions of dollars.
