(EURONEXT: UMG) ("UMG" or "the Company") today announced that in the period from April 27, 2026 up to and including April 30, 2026 a total of 117,992 of its own shares were repurchased by the Company at an average price per share of €17.96 for a total consideration of €2,118,775. These repurchases have been made as part of the Company's €500 million share buyback program as announced on March 30, 2026. Up to and including April 30, 2026, a total of 1,969,438 shares were repurchased under the share buyback program for a total consideration of €38,447,170.
