Toll Brothers trades higher after FQ2 earnings beat, guidance raise

Toll Brothers (TOL) shares rose 3.34% to $128.29 after reporting fiscal Q2 earnings that exceeded expectations, with home sales revenue at $2.51B. Despite a decline in overall revenue to $2.53B, the company raised its full-year guidance. CEO Karl Mistry noted a 7% increase in orders year-over-year. For Q3, deliveries are expected between 2,600 - 2,700 units, while full-year guidance is adjusted to 10,400 - 10,700 units. An earnings call is set for 8:30 AM ET tomorrow.
