The company holds a capital market service license and operates as an exempt financial adviser. Furthermore, Longbridge is a licensed entity regulated by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission for Types 1, 4, and 9 activities, enabling it to engage in securities trading, provide advice on securities transactions, and offer asset management services in Hong Kong.
