    Xinxiang Chem provides a guarantee for a loan of 37.6 million yuan to its affiliated company Xinjiang Jinlu

    On September 11, 2025, Xinxiang Chem announced that it would provide a loan guarantee of 37.6 million yuan for its affiliated company, Xinjiang Jinlu New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. The company's board of directors and shareholders' meeting have approved the relevant proposal. Xinjiang Jinlu is applying for a bank loan of 80 million yuan, with a guarantee based on a 47% equity stake. The company has signed a "Guarantee Contract" with the Kashgar Branch of China Construction Bank, and the guarantee risk is controllable and in line with shareholder interests.
