In the first three quarters, the company achieved operating revenue of 2.32 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 18.43%. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 222 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 41.02%. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was 211 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 62.20%

Sinosteel NMC announced that the shareholding ratio of its controlling shareholder Sinosteel Capital has decreased from 100% to 59.49%. After this capital increase and share expansion, the registered capital of Sinosteel Capital has increased from 26.666 billion yuan to 44.824 billion yuan, with the remaining 40.51% of the equity held by 27 financial creditors. This change does not affect the controlling shareholder and actual controller of Sinosteel NMC, which remains China Sinosteel Corporation and China Baowu Steel Group Corporation, with the actual controller being the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council
