XTEMD announced that Electric Chemical Industry Investment Holding Group holds 42.23% of the shares of XTEMD through a non-compensatory transfer. Prior to this acquisition, Electric Chemical Industry Investment did not hold any shares of XTEMD. After the acquisition is completed, Electric Chemical Industry Investment indirectly holds 266 million shares of XTEMD through Zhenxiang Guotou, accounting for 42.23% of the total share capital.
