XZPT decided to use CNY 3.19 billion of its statutory surplus reserves to offset the accumulated losses of the parent company, as reviewed by the board of directors and the supervisory board on August 28, 2025. The proposal was approved by the shareholders' meeting on September 25. The company will use a total of CNY 319,058,750.37 from surplus reserves and capital reserves for this purpose, reducing the surplus reserves to CNY 0 and the capital reserves to CNY 1,014,037.50 after implementation. This move does not involve changes to registered capital or paid-in capital and does not affect the rights of creditors
