After the transfer, Sun Yi's shareholding will increase to 444 million shares, accounting for 8.51%. The combined shareholding ratio of the controlling shareholder and concerted parties is 33.65%

ZHEFU's controlling shareholder Sun Yi recently conducted partial share pledges and releases of pledges.
