It also provides aluminum ingots; carbon and its products; charge products; aluminum alloy; aluminum hydroxide; services for the energy industry chain; aluminum engineering related technical services; and vocational and technical training services, as well as is involved in the wholesale of metal and metal ores. In addition, it constructs and operates railways; and is involved in international trade and foreign investment activities.

    TIANSHAN ALUMINUM: Jinlong Energy passively reduced its holdings by 2.14%

    TIANSHAN ALUMINUM announced that its controlling shareholder, Jinlong Energy, has passively reduced its holdings by 99.4677 million shares due to the conversion of exchangeable corporate bonds, accounting for a reduction ratio of 2.14%. The reduction occurred in three phases: from July 21 to September 5, 593,700 shares were reduced; from September 11 to October 20, 47.1721 million shares were reduced; and from October 21 to October 30, 51.702 million shares were reduced. After the reduction, Jinlong Energy and its concerted parties' shareholding ratio decreased to 39.87%
