    Kingsino: Changes in the equity of the controlling shareholder reach multiples of 1%

    Kingsino announced that its controlling shareholder, Guangzhou Jinnong Industrial Investment Partnership, reduced its holdings of the company's stock by 556,200 shares through centralized bidding on September 24, 2025, resulting in its shareholding ratio changing from 32.2750% to 31.3552%, with the equity change reaching a whole number multiple of 1%. Before this reduction, Kingsino's total share capital was 805 million shares; after the reduction, the total share capital increased to 828 million shares. The number of shares held by Jinnong Industrial Investment decreased from 260 million shares to 260 million shares. This equity change will not lead to a change in the company's control

    Kingsino: Expected loss of 21 million to 25 million yuan in the first half of the year

    Kingsino expects to incur a loss of 21 million to 25 million yuan in the first half of 2025. Although the breeding business has reduced costs and losses, and external sales of feed have increased by 44%, the decline in gross profit margin has led to a decrease in profitability of the feed business. The increase in non-recurring gains and losses is mainly due to the disposal gains and losses of productive biological assets and the gains and losses from futures business, which increased by approximately 9 million yuan and 11 million yuan, respectively
