    Hainan Ruize provides a joint liability guarantee for a revolving loan of 10 million yuan to its subsidiary Ruize Renewable Resources. After the loan matures, Ruize Renewable Resources continues to apply for a loan of 10 million yuan, using land use rights and real estate as collateral.
