Hunan Silver: As of the end of October, repurchased shares amounting to nearly 92.6 million yuan

Hunan Silver announced that the company plans to repurchase shares using an amount between 92.6006 million to 123.2406 million yuan through centralized bidding for the restricted stock incentive plan, with a repurchase price not exceeding 8 yuan per share, and the period not exceeding 12 months. As of October 31, 2025, a total of 17.55 million shares have been repurchased, accounting for approximately 0.62% of the total share capital, with a highest transaction price of 6.74 yuan per share, a lowest transaction price of 4.47 yuan per share, and a total transaction amount of 92.6006 million yuan, in compliance with the plan and regulatory requirements. The repurchase will continue to be implemented and disclosed in accordance with regulations

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Hunan Silver released its third-quarter report for 2025. In the first three quarters, the company achieved operating revenue of 8.594 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 59.56%. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 159 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 28.44%. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was 144 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 88.91%
