    YANCHANG PETRO's subsidiary YANCHANG PETRO (Zhejiang Free Trade Zone) Co., Ltd. was declared bankrupt by the court on June 27, and Guangdong Dongfang Kunlun Law Firm was appointed as the administrator. The court decided to terminate the bankruptcy proceedings for the subsidiary starting June 30. The announcement stated that the subsidiary had ceased to be consolidated in the 2023 annual report, so its bankruptcy would not have a significant impact on YANCHANG PETRO's operations and financial condition
