    GOLDENSOLAR rose over 7% again, as of the time of writing, up 4.23%, reported at HKD 1.48. In terms of news, GOLDENSOLAR will hold a board meeting on August 29 to approve the interim results. Kaiyuan Securities pointed out that Aiko Technology turned a profit in the second quarter. Against the backdrop of widespread losses in the main photovoltaic industry chain, the excess returns of BC technology have been realized. Looking ahead to the second half of the year, as the photovoltaic industry continues to push for "anti-involution," prices in the industry chain are expected to recover, and the profit margins for BC products will further open up. It is reported that GOLDENSOLAR will disclose an announcement in September 2024, establishing a joint venture with Juneng Power (Junshi Energy) and LONGi Green Energy to upgrade four PERC production lines at LONGi's Xi'an Aerospace Industrial Base to HBC production lines. In addition, GOLDENSOLAR will disclose an announcement in April 2025, stating that Fujian Jinshi (Junshi Energy) and Yiwu JA Solar plan to establish a joint venture to upgrade 4GW of PERC capacity to HBC capacity, and GOLDENSOLAR will provide the joint venture with the patent rights for HBC battery technology
