KINETIC DEV spent over 470 million RMB to acquire the Taiyuan residential project and the Dongzhimen property in Beijing

KINETIC DEV announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary KINETIC Shanxi has acquired 100% equity of Taiyuan Shidi Hejing Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. for RMB 384 million. The project includes 34 residential buildings, expected to be completed by 2031. Meanwhile, KINETIC DEV's wholly-owned subsidiary KINETIC Qinhuangdao has acquired Beijing Dongzhimen Property for RMB 86.33 million, with a net amount of RMB 56.89 million after deducting taxes and debts, to offset outstanding receivables and future service payments
