LEADER EDU signed a sale-leaseback contract and a consulting service contract with Haier Smart Home, involving an amount of 30 million yuan and 32.9201 million yuan in lease payments. The leased assets include servers, switches, and more. Haier will provide consulting services at a cost of 900,000 yuan. This financing lease arrangement will provide LEADER EDU with financial resources to support campus construction and operations, and will not affect its operations. According to International Financial Reporting Standards, this transaction does not constitute an asset sale, and a purchase option will be paid to repurchase the assets at the end of the lease term

LEADER EDU announced that Heilongjiang University of Technology and HAITONG UT signed a financing lease agreement and a special agreement on October 27, 2025.
