According to a notice from CHINASOUTHCITY, based on Article 124 of the new Articles of Association adopted by the company on September 4, 2009, any dividends that remain unclaimed for a period of six years from the date of declaration may be forfeited and returned to the company. CHINASOUTHCITY signed a share transfer agreement with Harbin Guangmai Real Estate to sell 100% equity of Project Company A and Project Company B, with a total transaction amount of RMB 217 million. Asset A held by Project Company A is located in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, with a planned land area of 13,000 square meters; Asset B held by Project Company B is also located in Harbin, with a planned land area of 118,000 square meters. CHINASOUTHCITY, which is in liquidation, announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Harbin CHINASOUTHCITY has sold two assets located in Harbin for consideration of RMB 72 million (the same below) and RMB 145 million, respectively.
