Mr. Chao Ruan is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Lingyi iTech (Guangdong) Company from September 20, 2024. He has experience in investment banking, corporate finance and financial advisory. He joined the Lingyi iTech (Guangdong) Company in September 30, 2024. He began his career at Huatai United Securities Co., Ltd., where he worked from June 2008 to September 2019, holding positions such as project manager and department head in the mergers and acquisitions department and the investment banking division. Since October 2019, Mr. Ruan has been serving as the executive director and general manager of Wenyi Fuxin (Hangzhou) Financial Advisory Co., Ltd. Mr. Ruan has also been serving as an independent director of Wuchan Zhongda Geron Co., Ltd. since July 2022. Mr. Ruan received his Master’s Degree in Economics from Nankai University in the PRC in June 2008.
