    SCHOLAR EDU invests over 100 million RMB to jointly develop educational artificial intelligence robots, holding a 30% equity stake

    According to a report from Economic Information Daily on the 5th, SCHOLAR EDU announced a joint venture with Shenzhen Huaxia Junyong, holding 30% and 70% equity respectively, to develop educational artificial intelligence robots. The group stated that the registered capital of the joint venture is 385 million yuan (RMB), with contributions of 115 million and 270 million yuan from Shenzhen Huaxia Junyong.
