Morning Trend | JBB BUILDERS sees capital inflow, short-term opportunities in engineering contracting emerge?

JBB BUILDERS (1903.HK) experienced structural inflows during yesterday's trading session, maintaining a slight increase towards the end of the day, with the engineering contracting sector gaining short-term attention from funds. Stimulated by the accelerated approval of infrastructure projects in Malaysia, the market is optimistic about the overall performance improvement of engineering companies, with significant large orders being absorbed at low prices, leading to a shift in the chip structure from dispersion to concentration. On the technical front yesterday, a MACD golden cross initially appeared on the daily chart, and the K-line combination showed signs of a bottom lift, with short-term moving averages providing support, and market sentiment gradually recovering. However, the current trading volume has not fully exploded, and the main force's intention to control the market still needs further confirmation. The intraday trading shows continuous inflow of small orders, but large orders chasing up remain limited, indicating that funds are primarily engaging in low-position speculation. If project implementations or policy news can be added, it is expected to release new upward momentum subsequently. Investors are reminded that the engineering sector has high elasticity and volatility, with strong short-term trading sentiment, and the investment logic mainly follows project-driven dynamics. It is recommended to closely monitor trading volume, intraday fund dynamics, and the degree of policy implementation to avoid blindly chasing highs and cutting losses, which could lead to passive pullbacks. If short-term trading volume expands, participation in the main force's high-level pullbacks can be considered; conversely, if the sector continues to oscillate without obvious capital support, it is advisable to remain on the sidelines. Overall, JBB BUILDERS has short-term opportunities, but the strategy should focus on quick entry and exit, with an emphasis on risk control
