Luzhou Xinglu Water (Group) Co., Ltd., together with its subsidiaries, operates as an integrated municipal water service provider in the People’s Republic of China. The company operates in two segments, Tap Water Supply and Wastewater Treatment. It is involved in the water supply and wastewater treatment; construction; software development and sale; and pipeline installation activities. As of December 31, 2024, the company owned and operated twelve tap water plants with a daily supply capacity of approximately 774,000 tons; eight city wastewater treatment plants with a daily treatment capacity of approximately 533,000 tons; two industrial park wastewater treatment plants with a daily treatment capacity of 30,000 tons; four entrusted wastewater treatment plants with a daily treatment capacity of 27,300 tons; and 292 wastewater treatment facilities in townships and rural areas with a daily treatment capacity of 74,800 tons.
