    COSMO LADY 2025 Mid-Year Performance: E-commerce GMV Growth of 243%

    On August 29, 2025, COSMO LADY released its mid-term financial report for 2025. COSMO LADY reported revenue of RMB 1.436 billion and a profit of RMB 57.796 million. The main business of COSMO LADY, intimate apparel, generated revenue of RMB 1.289 billion, a quarter-on-quarter increase of 2.3% compared to the second half of 2024, with a gross profit margin increasing by 0.5% to 49.6%. The segment performance was RMB 69.652 million, a year-on-year increase of 15.6%. Data shows that COSMO LADY's e-commerce continues to deepen, promoting partnerships with joint venture merchants, with the group's e-commerce GMV exceeding RMB 1.6 billion in the first half of the year, a year-on-year increase of 243%. COSMO LADY's pure cotton home goods have achieved rapid expansion, with performance growing approximately 46% year-on-year, relying on precise market positioning, differentiated product positioning, and high-quality service experience. In January 2025, COSMO LADY officially signed Chinese short track speed skating athletes Liu Shaolin and Liu Shaoang as brand ambassadors. In March 2025, COSMO LADY announced Nazha as the brand spokesperson. In the first half of 2025, COSMO LADY successively placed advertisements in about 180 high-speed railway stations nationwide and on outdoor screens in 50 core business districts in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen, continuously strengthening brand recall and injecting strong momentum into enhancing brand power
