    Beijing Lesimedia Enters Guarantee Contracts to Secure Payment Obligations for Subsidiaries

    Beijing Lesimedia Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Lesi Group Limited, has entered into guarantee contracts with Xiamen Jinritoutiao Information Technology Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Dongchezu Technology Co., Ltd. to secure payment obligations for its subsidiaries, Khorgos Mango Technology Co., Ltd. and Beijing Lexiang Yunzhi Technology Co., Ltd. These agreements are part of business cooperation to acquire advertising space for mobile ad distribution. Zhao Libing, an executive director, has also provided guarantees for multiple subsidiaries involved in similar acquisitions.
