The "Cheetah Enterprises" in Tianjin refer to companies with strong technological innovation capabilities, corresponding R&D investments, strong scientific talent, robust enterprise scale, and significant technological accumulation. As an important honor in Tianjin's scientific and technological innovation system, "Cheetah Enterprises" are not only pioneers in technological innovation but also key forces in leading industrial transformation and upgrading, as well as driving regional economic leaps. Tianjin will provide funding for Cheetah Enterprises in the form of project applications and loan interest subsidies, with a maximum financial subsidy of 5 million yuan for units that increase R&D investment and enhance R&D capabilities through the purchase of scientific research instruments and equipment or the establishment of internal R&D institutions, based on actual investment.
