As of the end of September 2025, the bank's capital adequacy ratio was 12.75%, the Tier 1 capital adequacy ratio was 11.10%, and the core Tier 1 capital adequacy ratio was 9.62%, meeting China's relevant regulatory requirements. Among them, the net amount of core Tier 1 capital was RMB 132.112 billion, mainly including paid-in capital of RMB 13.890 billion, capital reserves and other comprehensive income eligible portion of RMB 16.267 billion, surplus reserves and general risk reserves of RMB 45.448 billion, undistributed profits of RMB 69.580 billion, minority shareholders' capital eligible portion of RMB 2.517 billion, and core Tier 1 capital regulatory deductions of RMB 15.589 billion; the net amount of Tier 1 capital was RMB 152.427 billion; the net amount of total capital was RMB 175.107 billion.
