Century Energy International Holdings Limited, an investment holding company, refined oil and chemicals trading, and power and data cords manufacturing and trading businesses in Hong Kong, the People’s Republic of China, Taiwan, the United States, and internationally. The company operates through two segments, Trading of Refined Oil and Chemical Business; and Power and Data Cords, and General Trading Business. It engages in trading of natural gas products, such as pipeline natural gas and liquefied natural gas for urban gas distributors, industrial and commercial enterprises, and other customers; and sale and manufacturing of power and data cords, and inlet sockets for household electric appliances, as well as power and data cords for mobile handsets and medical control devices, and raw cables. The company was formerly known as China Oil Gangran Energy Group Holdings Limited and changed its name to Century Energy International Holdings Limited in October 2021.

    CENTURY EN INTL announced that the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) has applied to revoke the qualifications of four former directors due to their failure to properly supervise the company's four major subsidiaries in mainland China, resulting in the company being unable to consolidate them since 2019, leading to a loss of approximately HKD 184 million. The CSRC accused the former directors of not acting in the best interests of the company and holding responsibility for the inaccurate information in the circular issued in 2014. To date, this legal action has not had a significant impact on the company's operations

The loss attributable to shareholders was HKD 25.692 million, an increase of 28.8% compared to the previous year. The basic loss per share was HKD 0.095. The increase in loss was mainly due to a rise in sales costs of HKD 86 million, including an inventory impairment of HKD 7.4 million and an impairment of other receivables of HKD 3.3 million. The company will resume trading of its shares on the Stock Exchange on August 28, 2025
