    NEP INTERLONG: The change of equity of the controlling shareholder has been terminated

    According to the announcement from Dolphin Research, NEP INTERLONG has informed that the company's controlling shareholder, Haiwang Biology, has communicated that after friendly negotiations among all parties, Haiwang Group has terminated the share transfer agreement with the Textile Group. Haiwang Biology has also separately terminated the share subscription agreements with the Textile Group and Guangxin Holdings. Thus, the matter of control change has been terminated. The company's board of directors believes that the termination of the control change expectation will not have any significant impact on the company's normal business activities
