GHW International, an investment holding company, manufactures and sells chemical and pharmaceutical products in the People’s Republic of China, Europe, Vietnam, rest of Asia, and internationally. It operates through seven segments: Methylamine Industry Series, Applied Chemicals Series, Advanced Materials Intermediates Series, Green Products, Pharmaceutical intermediates and Active Pharmaceutical ingredients (“APIs”), Iodine Derivatives and Supporting products, and Happy Elephant Planet, Advanced Medical and Health Products segments. The Methylamine Industry Series segment consists of animal nutrition chemical products, such as choline chloride and betaine. The Applied Chemicals Series segment primarily consists of self-manufactured polyurethane materials, including polymer polyether and modified methylene diphenyl diisocyanate.
