LINK REIT announced that starting from April 8, it will cancel free parking and instead launch a "Discount Parking" program. Customers who spend a specified amount in the mall can enjoy a rental discount of HKD 5 for one hour. The current arrangement allows for two hours of free parking with a minimum spend of HKD 300. The new arrangement aims to provide competitive consumer parking discounts and will distribute HKD 5 parking vouchers to participating customers from April 8 to May 7, which can be used on or before May 31

JP Morgan released a report stating that LINK REIT's tenant sales have limited short-term benefits, maintaining a "neutral" rating. It is expected that due to the increased penetration of cross-border e-commerce, tenant sales will not significantly improve in the short term, and management anticipates that rental yields will remain at a high single-digit negative level, with a target price of 36 yuan
