    Leascend announced that the company originally planned to acquire 69.71% of the shares of Xingchu Century through the issuance of shares and cash payment.     Leascend: The controlling subsidiary Meishan Leascend increases capital and introduces investors

    Leascend announced that its controlling subsidiary, Meishan Leascend Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd., has introduced Gongqingcheng Xingdan Industrial Equity Investment Partnership through a capital increase and share expansion, obtaining an investment of 60 million yuan in exchange for 2.91% equity.
