    Lecron Industrial Development Group received 2.6 million yuan in court-ordered restitution from a 2022 contract fraud case involving five convicted executives. The payment follows final judgments against former officers, including life imprisonment and confiscation of all personal property for Kong Gang as well as 15-year sentence and 2-million-yuan fine for Gao Shengning, according to a Friday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.

    ST Lecron plans to spend 50 million to 100 million yuan for a buyback

    According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ST LECRON announced that the company plans to repurchase a portion of its A shares through centralized bidding.
