MCLON: Net profit in the first half of 2025 increased by 35.18% year-on-year

MCLON announced that in the first half of 2025, operating revenue reached 1.5556 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 26.79%. Net profit was 76.6997 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 35.18%. It plans to distribute a cash dividend of 0.6 yuan for every 10 shares to all shareholders, without converting reserves into capital

MCLON: The controlling shareholder plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3% of the company's shares

MCLON announced that its controlling shareholder, Zhejiang Wanlong MCLON Investment Co., Ltd., holds 99.28 million shares, accounting for 37.8828%, and plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 7.8621 million shares, or no more than 3% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding and block trading from September 3, 2025, to December 2, 2025. Among them, no more than 2.6207 million shares, accounting for 1%, will be reduced through centralized bidding within any consecutive 90 days; and no more than 5.2414 million shares, accounting for 2%, will be reduced through block trading, with a reduction price not lower than 4.56 yuan/share
