    VCPlus Names CEO for Subsidiary Custody Plus

    VCPlus Limited appointed Loy Shiang Chian as chief executive officer of its subsidiary, Custody Plus, effective March 12, according to a Tuesday filing on the Singapore Exchange. Loy previously served as senior vice president, network manager, commercial and partner capabilities, global network management at The Bank of New York Mellon from March 2021 to October 2024.
