NSIG: The industrial investment fund plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 2%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, NSIG announced that the National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Industry Investment Fund") plans to reduce its holdings of no more than 54.9435 million shares of the company, which is no more than 2% of the company's total share capital, through block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement, based on its own operational management needs.
