Zijin Gold International announced the reallocation of the net proceeds of HKD 28.3 billion (approximately USD 3.637 billion) from the global offering. The board of directors decided to allocate approximately USD 214 million for the acquisition of the Raygorodok gold mine in Kazakhstan, with the remaining funds to be used for exploration activities across all of the group's mines. The acquisition is expected to be completed on October 10, 2025, and the board believes that this change is in the overall interest of the company and its shareholders and will not have a significant adverse impact on existing operations
