    QJCT announced that on October 23, 2025, it received a notification from its controlling shareholder, Xi'an Qujiang Tourism Investment Co., Ltd., that it has transferred 4.21 million shares of the company, reducing its shareholding ratio from 41.76% to 40.11%. The change in equity has reached the 1% threshold and is classified as a passive reduction. This change in equity will not lead to a change in the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller. The investment group will promote the resolution of related issues to ensure the stability of control.
