HASCO: Completed the acquisition of 49% equity in Qingtao Energy

HASCO announced that the company has completed the acquisition of 49% equity in Shanghai SAIC Qingtao Energy Technology Co., Ltd. held by its controlling shareholder SAIC Group, with a transaction price of RMB 206 million. Qingtao Energy has now been renamed Qingtao Power and has completed the industrial and commercial change registration. HASCO and Qingtao Energy Development Group Co., Ltd. hold 49% and 51% equity in Qingtao Power, respectively
