The CSRC issued supplementary material requirements for JINJIANG HOTELS and 10 other companies, involving compliance for overseas issuance and listing of subsidiaries, capital situation, user information protection, and data security, among other aspects. JINJIANG HOTELS submitted its listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on June 29, 2025, with Dongfang Securities International as the sole sponsor
