    J-Yuan Trust: 402 million lawsuit second-instance accepted, result pending judgment

    J-Yuan Trust announced the progress of a lawsuit, which has been accepted by the Shanghai High People's Court for a second trial, with case number Hu Min Zhong 419. The court has not yet opened. The company is the respondent, and the plaintiff is Shanghai Dongfang Securities Asset Management Co., Ltd., with the amount in dispute being 402 million yuan. Previously, the Shanghai Financial Court ruled in the first instance to dismiss Dongfang Securities Asset Management's claims, and Dongfang Securities Asset Management has appealed. It is currently not possible to determine the impact of this lawsuit on the company's current or future profits, and the company will actively exercise its litigation rights in accordance with the law
