Zhuzhou Smelter Group Co., Ltd. reported earnings for the nine months ending September 30, 2025. Sales increased to CNY 16,048.3 million from CNY 14,388.25 million year-over-year. Net income rose to CNY 858.1 million compared to CNY 581.72 million last year. Basic and diluted earnings per share from continuing operations were both CNY 0.75, up from CNY 0.49 a year ago.

ZHUZHOU SMELTER announced that Hunan Nonferrous Metals Holding Group Co., Ltd. plans to transfer 321 million shares of ZHUZHOU SMELTER held by its wholly-owned subsidiary Hunan Shuikoushan Nonferrous Metals Group Co., Ltd. and 14.3552 million shares held by Hunan Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd. to Hunan Nonferrous Metals without compensation. After the transfer, Hunan Nonferrous Metals will directly hold 335 million shares of ZHUZHOU SMELTER, and the controlling shareholder will change from Shuikoushan Group to Hunan Nonferrous Metals, while the actual controller will remain China Minmetals Corporation
