SPAC Columbus Circle Capital II files for a $200 million IPO
Columbus Circle Capital II, a SPAC backed by Cohen & Company, has filed with the SEC for a $200 million IPO. The company plans to offer 20 million units at $10 each, with each unit comprising one share of common stock and one-third of a warrant. Led by CEO Gary Quin, the SPAC aims to target opportunities in AI, digital infrastructure, and other sectors across EMEA and LatAm. It plans to list on Nasdaq under the symbol CMIIU. The previous SPAC raised $220 million in 2025 and merged with ProCap Financial.
