Zijin Mining and Jinduicheng Molybdenum Form Partnership for Shapinggou Molybdenum Mine

Zijin Mining Group has partnered with Jinduicheng Molybdenum to develop the Shapinggou Molybdenum Mine in Anhui Province. The agreement includes a 24% equity transfer of Jinsha Molybdenum for RMB 1.73087 billion, with Jinduicheng leading the construction of a new Smelting Company. Post-transaction, Zijin will hold 60% of Jinsha Molybdenum, Jinduicheng 34%, and Jinzhai Urban Development 6%.
